Atlanta launches eco-friendly and affordable drainage pipes
On April 28, 2023, at the One Esplanade Building in the MOA Complex in Pasay City, during the Duratank launch, Atlanta Industries unveiled another brand-new product called Ecopipe.
This durable, low-cost HDPE pipe system with a structural wall is perfect for a variety of uses, including temporary construction projects and drainage. The smooth interior and corrugated exterior of Ecopipe increase strength and stiffness while using less material and doing so at a reduced cost.
With a 100-year design life, great chemical and abrasion resistance, and a 100-year design life, Ecopipe is one of the strongest-designed culvert pipes on the market. It is an environment-friendly option that is constructed from recycled plastic and is resistant to termites, rats, and microorganisms, ensuring long-lasting resilience even in challenging conditions.
Because of its adaptability, the Ecopipe is appropriate for a variety of projects, including storm and under-drain under footways, culverts, slope drains, catch drains for gushy water, flumes for surface water management, stop bank culverts, drainage for sports and school grounds, drainage for agricultural fields, and drainage from backfilling into tunnel walls. With a normal weight of 114 kg/m compared to the 1,623 kg/m of concrete pipes, it is also lightweight and convenient to handle, which speeds up installation and lowers costs.
Ecopipe has leak-proof joints that provide 100% leak-tight connections. Pipes can also be produced to order, minimizing waste and expenses. Atlanta Industries' commitment to innovation and sustainability resulted in the development of the Ecopipe, which provides a dependable, long-lasting, and environmentally responsible solution to the ever-increasing demand for drainage systems. The cost-effectiveness and sustainability of Ecopipe make it an excellent solution for a variety of projects, whether commercial or residential.
